Credit Cards 01/01/20
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card issuing bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay or failure in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged at the completion of checkout at Polar-Ray.com.
Multiple Product Orders 01/01/20
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy 01/01/20
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Polar-Ray.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Out-of-Stock Products 01/01/20
Your order will ship based on product availability and order time. Usually, products ship the same business day if the order is received 4:00PM (Mountain time), or on the next business day if your order is received after 4:00PM. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday typically ship the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you've ordered is out-of-stock which will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Should you place an order for an out-of-stock or backordered item, we will do our best to keep you informed of estimated shipping dates. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Pricing Policies 01/01/20
At Polar-Ray.com, our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices. We do not offer price adjustments on shipped orders regardless of the item(s) price being reduced as the result of a sale, special offer, clearance, or permanent price reduction.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! The 30 day money back guarantee applies to all orders sold through Polar-Ray.com that are returned in undamaged condition along with all original packaging, accessories and instructions originally boxed with the product. Prior to returning any product, the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) by sending an E-mail to email@example.com. All requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be received within the 30 day period that begins on the original date of purchase. Products must be returned and received at Polar-Ray.com no longer than 45 days from the original date of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return shipment. A full refund will be issued on your returned products approximately 3-5 days after receipt of your return shipment. There are no restocking or exchange fees for orders under $200.00. We do not offer refunds on original shipping charges that may apply to your order. Polar-Ray.com reserves the right to refuse, and will return to the customer, all items not meeting the above requirements. For orders over $200.00 a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
We offer a minimum three (3) year warranty on all stocked products. Additionally, some of our manufacturers offer warranty periods on certain products that extend beyond the three year period. Warranty information for specific products may be found on an individual product’s webpage or with the product packaging. Customers may call us at 303-494-5773 to receive a return authorization number.
Damaged in Shipment:
Products damaged in shipment should be rejected at delivery or reported to our Customer Care Center no longer than 5 business days following receipt. Please call 303-494-5773 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please contact our Customer Care via email at email@example.com. A friendly Customer Care team member will assist you with your return. Once your items are received at our processing center, a refund for those items will be issued within 3-5 days.

Polar-Ray.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
