I purchased eight of these in late February of 2011 for our CEO's office. All are on a single dimmer, which dims them to 19 percent. There is no glare from the fixtures; they have a soft appearance. One issue that I have is that one of them was closer to a 3000K color which gave it a warmer color than the rest. But no worries; I put that one all by it's lonesome in a seating area just above a large multicolored painting. The CEO loves them. (Posted on 1/17/2013)Rating
