Perfect for retrofit or new build applications, the Halo LED downlight was the first solid state lighting device to become ENERGY STAR® qualified, and it also meets California's stringent Title 24 requirements.
The Halo ML706830 LED module is supplied without a decorative trim ring, allowing the customer to choose a trim ring that best suits their particular application. When purchasing a Halo LED Module, please visit our Halo trim ring page in order to select a trim ring and fully complete your purchase.
The warm white (3045K) light is as bright as a 65 watt incandescent floodlight but uses less than 14 watts! The HALO LED luminaire is dimmable to 15% with standard AC incandescent dimmers or to 5% using standard incandescent dimmers with low end trim adjustment. Standard incandescent dimmers require a minimum of four LED modules (minimum >40 watts load) on the circuit for full range (15%) dimming performance. For dimming with digital (smart) multi-location dimmers or when dimming fewer than four LED modules, use electronic low voltage dimmers (ELV dimmers require a a neutral connection in the wallbox).

Very bright and easy to install. I was told that the 3045K was the most commonly used and that the 2700K would be too yellow. I actually find the white of the 3045K a little too harsh for my kitchen. If I were to order it again I would order the 2700K. |

We paid 4X your price elsewhere, but still worth every penny & will pay for themselves in power savings! Bright, natural light, quick on, just as good as our old cans, want these when we redo our bathroom! |

See that little square? It's the light source and it works like a large floodlight with associated large wattage. I just put in 7 lights and will use less than one light wattage of a regular floodlight. This is amazing and I'll save the cost within a couple of years while never having to worry about replacing a bulb! |

LED down lights look great and light up our living room like it has never been before. Polar Ray had the best price anywhere on the ML706830 modules and delivery was perfect. I only wish the modules were the included with trim rings, or Polar Ray had the best price on trim rings. I am recommending Polar Ray to all my friends and electrical contractor business aquitances |

I installed four Halo LED downlight -ML706830 lights using the Halo black baffle w/ solite regressed lens. I could not be happier with the results. The room is well lit and the light produced eases eye strain while reading text in print and on the computer. I highly recommend this product.
(The lights were installed on a regular light switch without dimming capabilities.)
