| Description |
The DR stands for "Deep Recess". The LR6-DR650 builds upon the technological breakthroughs of the original LR6 and provides an enhanced aperture appearance. The clean, white flange spans about an inch deeper into the fixture, helping to further shield the light source and reduce unwanted glare. Designed for use with the RC6-12W-GU24, RR6-12W-GU24 or H6-GU24, the LR6-DR650 can also easily retrofit into existing 6" housings using the included GU-24 socket whip adapter. The LR6-DR650 provides higher efficacy and longer life than Compact Fluorescent Lamps with the beautiful light quality that you would expect from an incandescent. Regulatory and Voluntary Qualifications
· Tested and certified to cULus standards. Suitable for damp locations. · Utilize GU-24 base for new construction projects in California or other areas where high efficacy line voltage sockets are required. · Exceeds California Title-24 high efficacy luminaire requirements. |

We both love these lights. The things we like best are the color temperature, very warm; the energy savings; and the low heat output. Standing in the kitchen below our old 75 watt halogen bulbs felt like standing on the surface of the sun. Now it is nice and cool. The only low point of these lamps is the price, but they are very well engineered and made in the USA, so that is worth something to me, at least. |

We love these lights. They give such a warm glow instead of that horrible blue of the florescents. They look great in our remodeled kitchen. We were so happy to find these. Our contractor had never used them before but after seeing how they look and reading more, he's planning to use them on future jobs. |
